New Albany Keeps Hands on Pulse of Latest Technology Trends

Business coaches Linda and David Brincks spend their days catapulting business leaders to the next level. Now, the team is also working with public officials, CIOs and other C-level executives to target future investment in the right technological tools to allow New Albany businesses to reach the next level. The CIO Roundtable provides a confidential forum where IT professionals from small and large companies share innovative techniques, triumphs and troubleshooting experiences.

“New Albany has a very unique way of approaching business,” notes Linda. “They think very strategically about how they put together planning for what’s to come. And they set it up so they have a nice blend between larger and smaller businesses that are getting ready to expand and grow.”

The effort underscores the municipality’s strength in building public private partnerships to deliver the kind of businesses assets that fuel growth, similar to the development of its lit fiber optic network and dual feed electric capabilities.

Innovate New Albany, the city’s incubator for technology startups, entrepreneurs and small businesses, features 16,000 square feet of space within the New Albany Business Park’s Signature Office Building, 8000 Walton Parkway.
