Brad Griffith, founder and president of Buckeye Innovation (formerly Buckeye Interactive), started the company ibecause of his passion for growing businesses and helping others amplify their impact.

Brad’s passion for growing businesses began at a young age as he watched his father,
who owned a veterinary practice. As time went on, Brad recognized that in having a
small business, many rely on freelancers, family, and friends to assist the company with
web development work. However, when those small businesses are ready to scale up,
they invest in larger agencies to serve them.

Brad noticed that there was a gap between freelancers and large agencies that leaves
growing businesses underserved. From there, Brad developed a vision where he
aspired to fill that niche and serve growing innovative companies with affordable,
high-quality web development services. Furthermore, he wanted to establish a company
where he could revolutionize the way entrepreneurs and innovators operate their
companies.

On May 1, 2009, Buckeye Innovation was established as that very company, beginning
with Brad in a small cubicle at the Innovate New Albany Incubator. It wasn’t until 2010
when Buckeye Innovation hired its first employee. Since then, Buckeye Innovation has
grown to a company of over a dozen employees, has created more than 200
development, design, and content strategy solutions, and has made an impact on
several parts of the community.

Buckeye Innovation’s team lives by three core values: ingenuity, initiative, and
