Dr. Ted Sun is an internationally experienced organizational strategist and leadership expert who equips leaders to break free from nonstop firefighting and lead with greater foresight, clarity, and control. Drawing on two terminal degrees in psychology and business management, plus more than two decades of work with leaders across business, education, and global institutions, he helps organizations shift from reactive problem-solving to systemic problem prevention.
Dr. Sun has led large-scale startup and transformation efforts in higher education, including building two universities from the ground up and helping shape additional academic institutions through strategy, organizational design, accreditation, and global partnerships. His practical, research-informed approach empowers leaders to reduce recurring issues, lower workplace stress, and create more time for strategic thought and long-term vision.
