Mark McGrath, Chief Learning Officer at AGLX, teaches leaders and teams how to turn complexity into outsized competitive advantages.
Mark is also the co-creator/co-host of the podcast “No Way Out” and writes at his Substack “The Whirl Of ReOrientation.”
Finally, Mark is an Instructor for Denison Edge, a program offered by Denison University offering cutting edge business education to both professionals and students. Mark’s upcoming course, Leadership Edge, will begin in April and is open for enrollment now.
With a background as a United States Marine Corps officer and two decades in Wall Street asset management, Mark is a scholar and teacher of practically applying adaptive strategy and sound decision-making.
Mark earned his Bachelor’s in History at Marquette University and his Master’s in Economics from the University of Detroit-Mercy. Residing in Columbus and originating from Pittsburgh, his passions include master’s swimming and barbell training, reflecting his dedication to discipline and resilience.
