“The Vision Thing and The Right Thing”
In an increasingly competitive economic development landscape, New Albany’s emphasis on values and customer service are strong incentives for relocation, claims Site Selection magazine in its November issue. The magazine points to the decision by Bob Evans Farms to locate their new $33.5 million corporate headquarters in the city.
The article “Don’t Fence Me In,” notes that in New Albany, the needs of corporate end users receive just as much attention as the needs of homebuyers by protecting their return on investment through thoughtful master planning and investing in a fiber optic network that saves companies between 15 to 20 percent on their cost of technology.
