Is your personal or proprietary data secure when you’re using AI services?

Generative AI relies on data to produce its content. Without human knowledge, it’s nothing.

But where does it get this knowledge?

And how safe is the data you give it?

How do you make sure that your data will remain as ONLY your data?

In this TIGER Talk you’ll learn:

• Where AI services get data
• How you can protect your sensitive data from AI training
• How you can safely use your data with AI if you so choose

Ron Savoia has been involved in IT Consulting since working at CompuServe back in 1993 when they were converting CompuServe Mail to Windows NT and SQL Server 4.2, which enabled him to be the first Ohio employee for Microsoft’s new Enterprise Services group. He ran various Enterprise Services businesses for Microsoft, including incubating what eventually became Office 365 deployment services. He then formed Stratus Innovations Group in New Albany in 2010, where they continue to build products and solutions on the Microsoft Cloud Services platform, and most recently developed a platform for organizations to create Generative AI Copilots.

Josh Greenwald has been a technologist since he began programming on his Atari 800 at 6 years old. He was a pioneer in the days of the early web, developing and later selling among the first platforms for interactive creative writing. Now a partner and principal architect at Stratus Innovations Group, Josh had previous tech leadership roles at IGS Energy, Resource Interactive, and GSW. A Columbus resident since 1998, Josh earned his undergraduate degree at The Ohio State University and his MBA from Capital University. He is the proud father of three amazing daughters.
