Do your professional activities now involve leading and managing remote work much more than you could have imagined just 15 months ago? And has the move to remote work introduced new challenges that make it harder to achieve great results? If so, you’re in good company. And leading business thinkers agree that some version of remote/hybrid work is here to stay. (Forbes: Aline Holzwarth: “Remote Work Is (Mostly) Here To Stay” (2/16/21))
According to authors Mark Mortensen and Heidi K. Gardner in the Harvard Business Review (2/10/21), companies that fail to address problems stemming from new remote/hybrid work models are likely to suffer “lower morale, increased attrition, lower productivity, and stalled innovation.”
This TIGER Workshop, led by Dr. Ted Sun, is designed for individuals eager to develop their remote management skills and demand much more than generic information! This program is ideal for people in current management and leadership roles as well as those who aspire to those positions. Anyone responsible for driving innovation, managing projects, and leading people, while depending on remote workers to achieve important goals, should make it a priority to participate in this workshop.
Dr. Ted Sun came to the United States as an immigrant at the age of 10 with nothing but a suitcase of clothes that were destined not to fit him in just a few months. Living in the slums of Brooklyn, NY, he learned English from scratch and developed street smarts to survive.
After years of committed, purposeful effort, Dr. Sun now has two doctoral degrees, one in Psychology and another in Business Management, along with vast experience as a consultant, researcher, educator, and public speaker in Asia, Africa, Europe, and the US. A global entrepreneur, Dr. Sun recently launched and built two universities: Transcontinental Institute of Higher Education (based in Europe) and Transcontinental University (based in Central Ohio).
Transcontinental University is an elite graduate business school that takes best practices from consulting and education to offer powerful solutions to business leaders. It is the only graduate business school that guarantees its Executive MBA students that they will gain the talent-developing experience of implementing solutions to 8 real-world organizational problems while completing their programs.
In this workshop, Dr. Sun will be sharing his well-earned expertise, helping each of you become better at overcoming some of the people-related challenges of creating great results while leading remotely.
