In this TIGER Talk, our presenter Graham Allison will take the mystery out of Opportunity Zones and show you how to unlock the benefits as you learn about in this once-in-a-generation tax incentive. Graham will cover the basics and then drill down to help you determine how you can use this instrument to create wealth and build your community.
Graham Allison is CEO and Co-Founder of Opportunity Zone Development Group (OZDG). OZDG is a private economic development firm and fund manager specializing in Opportunity Zone real estate. Graham has worked on economic and real estate development projects ranging from $500,000 to $1 billion. He got his start 15 years ago in working for the State of Ohio Development Department after his professor asked, “Have you tried development?” Graham has been working to maximize real assets ever since.
