Are you an owner of a business in manufacturing, logistics, or a related industry? Are you thinking about selling your business with a goal of retirement – or perhaps just being able to focus on other important life goals? If so, this TIGER Talk is for you!

What is the prize? What is your plan? How deep is your war chest? Can you WIN now — or would some time and strategic preparation help you really WIN when it’s time to make your Last Sale? Join presenters Claudia Herrington and Michael “Mac” McVey for an impactful, tactical, and holistic discussion that will help you get more of what you want out of the Last Sale.

Claudia Herrington is the Founder of both Herrington Law Office and a separate company Regulatory Compliance Solutions. She is also the Senior Director of Compliance at JobsOhio and an MBA Faculty member at Otterbein University. Claudia focuses her expertise on highly-regulated industries where her experience has allowed her to impact public, private and nonprofit domestic and international organizations.

Claudia serves as the focal point for JobsOhio’s domestic and global compliance initiatives. She has established and oversees comprehensive and effective ethics, compliance and risk management programs for JobsOhio. She intuitively sees the risks and gaps that wind through an organization and collaboratively brings leaders to consensus on the solutions. She ensures the compliance and financial review of a grant and loan portfolio that exceeds $500M+. She is a trusted cultural leader and strategic partner to the business and the Board of Directors.

Earlier in her career, Claudia rose through the ranks at the Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, where she participated in mergers and acquisitions while managing litigation across the United States before transitioning into a leadership role in the Regulatory Department to become a regulatory subject matter expert in chemicals.

Claudia earned her BA from The College of Wooster, her MA from American University and her JD from Case Western Reserve University. She is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional.
