Tristan Ruml, of business consulting firm Tortuga, is a marketer with a decade of experience across various industries for US and European companies. Throughout Tristan’s career, he’s helped companies generate leads, launch new products, and create lifelong customers while focusing on ROI and profitability. This has resulted in a broad skill set including storytelling, copywriting, social media, podcasting, email marketing, and paid advertising.

He has worked as head of growth for a B2B SaaS startup, did growth marketing as early team member for Inc. Magazine’s Coolest College Startups of 2014, ran a military apparel e-commerce brand, and developed custom marketing strategies selling a variety of B2B and B2G services.

Tristan earned his BS in International Business with concentrations in Marketing and Mandarin Chinese from Grove City College.

Brittany Dixon, of Process for Profit by Brittany, is a Podcaster, Operations Manager and Efficiency Coach. She works with highly driven visionary entrepreneurs to teach and implement day-to-day operations management, project management, systems, processes and strategy to free up their time to do big things in their zone of genius. A mother of twin girls, Brittany started her entrepreneurial journey in October 2015 when she started her professional organizing business, Clutter Control. She then ventured into the online business world in March 2017 and Process for Profit was born.
