Technology firms struggle to remain relevant in the relentless challenge to innovate in today’s high-velocity dynamic markets. They must pivot in response to external forces more quickly; and they experience more turbulence and uncertainty. Lori Kendall’s talk will draw upon case examples from her research and consulting practice about how successful firms out-pivot their peers by leveraging a strong innovation culture and human connection.

Lori‘s background has been both a serial entrepreneur in cloud infrastructure, business process outsourcing, and data analytics as well as a corporate executive specializing in operational excellence in business operations, new product development, M&A integration, and go-to-market value delivery chains. In that work, Lori played leadership roles at tech growth companies in San Francisco and Silicon Valley. These companies included Polycom, Cisco, Enkata, and Genesys.
