In this TIGER Talk, presenter Marvin Abrinica, Founder/CEO of Wunderfund, will explain how to take small business startup deals and make them available to the public as part of a robust capital raise. Leveraging new SEC regulations, you can raise up to $5 Million for your company. By running an Online Public Offering (i.e., OPO), you can leverage traditional accredited angel investors along with other investors from the general public in one seamless fundraise.

Marvin is an entrepreneur, speaker, brewer, and advisor to many companies. He is the CEO of Wunderfund, an equity crowdinvesting platform that gives everyday people the chance to invest in growing startups.
Marvin also founded Esoteric Brewing Company, the first minority-owned brewery in Cincinnati, which opened in May 2020. Previously, Marvin spent 18 years with Procter & Gamble in Brand Management and Sourcing leadership roles. Marvin is a two-time TEDx speaker, and regularly gives talks at Fortune 500 companies, conferences, accelerators & universities.
Wunderfund is a FINRA/SEC regulated funding portal – the first in the Midwest and the only one in Ohio. Wunderfund has completed over 20 deals, and worked with widely varied companies ranging from breweries, tech companies, and real estate firms.
